At Silver Bones, Your Pet Clinic, we aim to provide excellent services and products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the procedures for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Services
– Services provided by our clinic, including veterinary care, grooming, boarding, and other pet-related services, are non-refundable once rendered.
– If a client is dissatisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 3 days to discuss the issue.
2. Products
– Products sold by our clinic (medications, pet food, accessories, etc.) non-returnable or exchange until and unless it’s a damage product upon receipt.
– Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Refunds
– Nonrefundable if in case any, refunds for eligible returns will be issued using the available payment method and valid reason (damage or expire).
– We reserve the right to withhold refunds until the returned items have been inspected and approved.
4. Cancellations
– Clients must provide at within 1 hours from purchase time notice for cancellations of appointments or services to avoid cancellation fees. After 1 hour the cancellation is not entertained.
5. Defective Products
– If a product purchased from us is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement (only), as appropriate.
